Is the shuttle service complimentary?
Yes. There is no additional charge for using the shuttle. We offer the shuttle as a courtesy to our customers.
How often does the shuttle run?
The shuttles run "on demand." There is always a valet to provide service. At high-volume times there may be a short wait, this typically occurs on the weekends. We recommend arriving fifteen to twenty minutes early on these days.
How far from the seaport?
Half a mile.
How far are you from the airport?
2.1 miles. It's about a six to seven minute drive, traffic permitting.
What do I do when I return?
Customers returning from the airport or Port Everglades should call the office to have a driver dispatched to them for pick-up. Please make sure you have all of your baggage/belongings before calling. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for you in front of the terminals. When you call the office, have your ticket number ready and let the representative know how many people are in your party along with a description of your clothing. Please wait in the area in which you are instructed to reduce confusion and errors. And please be patient. Drivers are dispatched immediately, but both the airport and Port Everglades are hectic and busy, so your patience is appreciated.
What is the Frequent Parker Program?
The Frequent Parker Program is a way for our customers to earn points toward free days of parking. Each day you stay is equivalent to one point. Car washes, detail services and maintenance services earn extra points. Unfortunately we cannot combine this with other coupons and we can only redeem filled cards one at a time. Link to page
Should I tip the valet?
Tipping is accepted, not expected.
Why can't I park my own car?
Our insurance company has instructed us to only allow our employees to park vehicles on the property. This helps to ensure the safety and privacy of all vehicles on the property.
Do you offer transportation for handicapped customers?
Unfortunately our shuttle vans are not equipped for wheelchair-restricted customers. If this is your situation please let us know ahead of time so that we can have a special taxi waiting for you.
Do you offer discounts or special rates?
From time to time we will offer specials or coupons. The best way to find out about promotions is by joining the Frequent Parker Program.
What should I do if I need long-term storage of my vehicle?
We offer monthly contract parking. Spaces are limited. If you are in need of this please contact our office so that we can set up a meeting. Link to page
